NORUT feature top

Why have hinges always been the same in the shape since long ago? Why has acetate always been in use? NORUT cast doubts on the existing eyeglasses and reconstructed the frame from the viewpoint of material and structure. Under the new concept, we stick to the details from the edgy and matte look by using TROGAMID resins to the hinge mechanism hidden in the frame.

NORUT manufacture

NORUT front frame is made of TROGAMID, a German-made firm nylon material, and the temples are made of TR90LX, a Swiss-made flexible and easily adjustable engineering plastic. After the cutting process, polishing and painting are performed to finish. The most notable feature of the material is lightness. This material is excellent for extended wear and minimizes shrinkage and deformation compared to acetate.
Both materials are durable and resistant to sebum and cosmetics in addition to impact, ultraviolet rays, and friction, and are also used in medical equipment.

NORUT hinge temple

Modernized hinge mechanism that fits into the frame. It is not just hidden. You will be addicted to its click feeling on opening and closing the temples. The temples have passed 20,000 times open/close tests. The metal parts used for the hinges are made of beta titanium. This material functions as a spring and provides a comfortable open/close action.
